What appears
- A teammate joins the organisation
- A donation is confirmed (payment received)
- A checkout fails (payment failed)
- A gift is refunded
Confirmed gifts also stay in Transactions. WhatsApp live alerts are separate: they only go to the paired number, and only for campaigns you ticked.
On the Notifications page, enable email notifications. New items that appear after you enable it are sent to the email on your account, using the same mail service as invitations. Older items are not resent. Disable anytime. This only changes your account — teammates opt in for themselves.
