What it is
Organisation owners (with two-step verification) generate a pairing code in Integrations → WhatsApp Updates, message the platform bot, and send the code. One WhatsApp number per organisation. The same bot number is used for every organisation. The bot does not join groups. 1 NGO does not post into WhatsApp groups. Forward messages by hand if you want them in a group.
Campaigns are added and removed on the dashboard, not in WhatsApp. Tick the main donate page (main-donation) and each published campaign this chat may query. Optionally turn on live donation alerts per target. Live alerts fire when Paystack confirms a successful gift.
Revoke on the same page to unlink.
If you would rather send gifts to your own automation, use Update webhooks instead of (or as well as) WhatsApp.
What it is not
It is not a public-facing donor chatbot. It is not a group bot. It is not the same as dashboard email notifications.
